Simply put, this is not a diet. This is a comprehensive year long program that is specifically curated for you to achieve your individual goals. Working with a health coach is the key to taking all of the information you’ve received—at work, at home, in the media—and figuring out what is relevant for you and how to incorporate it into your life. We will define foods that will nourish you from the inside out, providing you with lasting energy, better sleep, digestion, skin as well as more peace in your life! As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will optimize your health and well-being. This 12 Month Program is very carefully designed to ensure sustainable success by layering in the healthier habits. This program is the first step in committing yourself to your health and living your best life.
DURING THIS 12 MONTH PROGRAM, YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO:
Lose weight and keep it off, without counting calories and fad dieting

Initial 30-minute consultation (in person, via video, or by phone) – I want to get to know you and what you want to achieve!
Individual goal setting and recommendations – Short term and long term achievable goals!
Comprehensive Holistic Wellness Plan - You will learn about everything from kicking bad habits that are hindering your health and weight loss goals to restoring your gut and rebuilding your immune system
Full nutrition and dietary assessment – We will review your current diet, eating habits, and lifestyle to find opportunities to optimize your nutrition level for you to thrive!
Customized meal planning and shopping lists tailored to you – Let’s plan a healthy diet without you needing to spend hours at the store reading labels!
Twelve 50-minute sessions (in person, via video, or by phone ) – I will provide you the guidance and encouragement that you need to succeed and achieve your goals!
Twelve 30-minute check - in sessions (in person, via video, or by phone) – Let’s assess (and reassess) how things are going and how I can best help you!
Unlimited e-mail support between sessions – If you have a question, I’m here for you!
Additional handouts and eBooks beneficial for your progress – I will not overload you with information but if I see something that you should know about, I will send it your way!
Grocery store tour – I will walk you through step-by-step how to navigate the grocery store aisles, know what to look for when reading food labels, and how to store your food in an organized manner!
Pantry makeover – I will help you get rid of snacks, treats and foods that are not helping you achieve your health goals, understand why we’re getting rid of those items through label reading, and provide you with a list of replacement items!
Cooking demonstration – I will show you how to navigate your kitchen, make nutritious dishes, and meal prep for the week!
