My 4 Week Jumpstart program is designed to help you make positive changes to the way you live including your nutrition, exercise, mental well-being, and stress management. This plan will jumpstart your health and get you on the path to feeling your best. This program is perfect if you are exploring a holistic lifestyle for the first time or if you just need a reboot. It is a straight-forward approach to real and lasting health.

During this 4 week program you will learn HOW TO:

  • Lose weight and keep it off, without counting calories and fad dieting

  • Foster a healthier and happier mental state

  • Improve your sleep, reduce stress, and boost energy

  • Take responsibility for your health, happiness, and VITALITY

  • Two 50-minute sessions (in person, via video, or by phone)

  • Two 30-minute check-in sessions (in person, via video, or by phone)
